Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals experiencing stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and major life changes. I understand how pressure can build, especially in the workplace, and I work gently to help people regain confidence, balance, and resilience. When needed, I also collaborate with wider support networks and agencies to ensure care feels consistent, compassionate, and joined‑up.

My background in the creative arts allows me to bring alternative, expressive methods into my work, including movement, sound therapy, and creative activities that help people reconnect with their strengths and express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. I’ve led wellbeing workshops and one‑to‑one sessions designed to uplift, inspire, and support real, lasting change.
